Current Routine Goals

Routine Goals are simply things that we try to achieve on a daily basis. The operative word here is try. In order to find what works best for you, it’s important to constantly try different things. Here’s the latest iteration of what I’m working on:

  • No texting after 11PM
  • Sleep 7 hours a night
  • Workout 3 times a week
  • Drink a bottle of water before caffeine in the morning
  • Meditate twice a week
  • Build a skill and practice the skill weekly

  • Organize thoughts better for long term thinking and impact
  • Scale thoughts and concepts
  • Become more fulfilled
